摘要
目的:探讨电子胃镜诊断贲门部隆起性病变的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院消化内科门诊胃镜室2010年12月1日至2021年6月11日间行电子胃镜检查发现144例贲门部隆起性病变者。结果:贲门部隆起性病变以单一部位141例(97.92%)为主,以大弯侧66例(45.83%)较为多见,其余为小弯侧25例(17.36%)、前壁15例(10.42%)、后壁21例(14.58%)、小弯侧后壁7例(4.86%)、小弯侧前壁3例(2.08%)、大弯侧后壁4例(2.78%)、二个部位(前壁+大弯侧)3例(2.08%);病灶大小主要为0.6cm~1.0cm者68例(47.22%);贲门部隆起性病变以合并慢性胃炎132例(91.67%)为主,其次为胆汁反流51例(35.42%)、消化性溃疡24例(16.67%)。结论:贲门部隆起性病变好发于大弯侧,易合并慢性胃炎、胆汁反流等疾病,电子胃镜诊断贲门部隆起性病变具有一定的应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the application value of electronic gastroscopy in the diagnosis of gastric cardia eminence.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 144 patients with cardia eminence lesions who underwent electronic gastroscopy in the gastroscopy room of Our hospital between December 1,2010 and June 11,2021.Results:141 cases(97.92%)were found in a single site of cardia eminence,and 66 cases(45.83%)were found in the greater curvature.There were 25 cases of minor curvature(17.36%),15 cases of anterior wall(10.42%),21 cases of posterior wall(14.58%),7 cases of minor curvature posterior wall(4.86%),3 cases of minor curvature anterior wall(2.08%),4 cases of great curvature posterior wall(2.78%),and 3 cases of two sites(anterior wall+great curvature)(2.08%).68 cases(47.22%)were mainly in the range of 0.6cm~1.0cm.132 cases(91.67%)with chronic gastritis,51 cases(35.42%)with bile reflux,24 cases(16.67%)with peptic ulcer.Conclusion:The improvement of gastric cardia eminence occurs in the greater curvature,which is easy to be combined with chronic gastritis,bile reflux and other diseases.The diagnosis of gastric cardia eminence by electronic gastroscopy has certain application value.
