超高效液相色谱串联质谱法结合分散固相萃取技术快速测定化妆品中36种抗感染类药物残留 被引量:7

摘要 建立了使用分散固相萃取技术结合HPLC-MS/MS的方法,测定化妆品中36种抗感染类药物的测定方法。采用电喷雾离子源,正/负离子多反应检测,液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪分离,基质曲线外标法定量。结果表明,36种抗感染类药物为4~100 ng/mL(氯霉素线性范围10.00~1000.00 ng/mL)的质量浓度范围内线性良好,经过0.5酸化乙腈提取,分散固相萃取粉末(由400 mg无水硫酸镁(分析纯),100 mg十八弯基键合硅胶吸附剂(C18),400 mg氯化钠)净化,对于阴性样品加标量为1.00和10.00μg/g范围内的回收率均为85%~110%。该方法适应范围广、灵敏度高并且高效,能满足实际样品检测的需要。 A method of HPLC-MS/MS combined with the dSPE was established to determine 36 kinds of forbidden anti-infective residues in cosmetics.In this method,the samples were seperated by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ion source,by positive ion multi-reaction detection,and quantified through the external standard of matrix curve.By the experiment result,36 kinds of forbidden anti-infective pesticide residues in 4~100 ng/mL(chloramphenicol in 10.00~1000.00 ng/mL)had good linear concentration range,by acetonitrile contained 0.5 percent formic acid extraction,dispersive solid-phase extraction powder(by 400 mg of anhydrous magnesium sulfate(analysis),150 mg of eighteen curved base bonded silica gel adsorbents(C18),400 mg of Sodium chloride)purification.The average under concentration in 1.00 g/kg and 10.00 g/kg level of negative samples were all between 85 percent and 110 percent.In brief,this method was suitable for the detection of 36 kinds of forbidden anti-infective residues in cosmetics depended on its wider application range,higher sensitivity and higher efficiency.
