摘要
突触可塑性对于维持神经系统的正常活动以及功能十分重要。脑血管疾病已经严重地危害着人类健康,认知障碍是脑卒中后常见并发症之一,针刺治疗脑卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)的作用机制可能与脑的突触可塑性有关。本文从神经保护、突触再生、突触功能等角度总结针刺治疗PSCI的机制,以期为针刺治疗PSCI以及脑卒中后的康复提供临床研究依据。
Synaptic plasticity is important for the maintenance of normal activity of the nervous system and normal neurological function.Cerebrovascular diseases have seriously harmed human health,and cognitive impairment is one of the common complications after stroke.The mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)may be related to brain synaptic plasticity.This paper summarizes the mechanism acupuncture treatment of PSCI from the perspectives of neuroprotection,synaptic regeneration and synaptic function,so as to provide clinical research basis for acupuncture treatment of PSCI and rehabilitation after stroke.
