摘要
以本钢现场高炉渣成分为基础,结合粘度测定实验和热力学分析计算,研究了不同镁铝比对高炉低铝渣流动性的影响规律,计算了镁铝比对低铝渣系粘流活化能的影响,同时结合红外光谱分析,从微观结构层面阐述了镁铝比对低铝渣热稳定性的影响机理。结果表明,炉渣粘度及熔化性温度均因镁铝比的提升表现出逐渐走低的趋势,而低铝渣的温度稳定性则因炉渣中复杂结构的解聚而愈趋稳定。
Based on the compositions in slag for a BF in Benxi Steel Company,combined with the determination experiment for viscosity and the analytical calculation on thermodynamics,the law of effects of different MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratios on flow properties of the low aluminum slag system for the BF was studied and the effect of the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio on the flow activation energy of the low aluminum slag system was analyzed.Meanwhile,by means of the infrared spectrum analysis,the mechanism of the effect of MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio on thermal stability of the low aluminum slag system was explained by micro perspective aspect.The analytical results demonstrated that both slag viscosity and melting temperature showed the trend of going down gradually due to the increasing ratios of MgO/Al_(2)O_(3),while the temperature stability of low aluminum slag became more stable due to the depolymerization of the complex structure in the slag.
