摘要
再生障碍性贫血是一种以贫血、感染、出血等为主要临床表现的全血细胞减少性疾病,是血液病中常见的造血衰竭性疾病。免疫抑制治疗对其具有一定的治疗作用,但治疗周期较长,副作用较大,且停药后会常会明显出现血象下降,血象难以恢复正常,患者不得已忍受副作用继续服用。孙岸弢教授认为,在以扶正为主的补肾健脾中药加雄激素的基础治疗中,加以利用活血化瘀法更能促进骨髓重建造血微环境,恢复造血功能,可以有效缓解免疫抑制剂为患者带来的副作用,提高患者生活质量。本文介绍了孙岸弢教授治疗再生障碍性贫血突破传统中医补肾健脾治疗,对病程超过半年的再生障碍性贫血患者着重以祛瘀生新之法角度入手,并提供临床治疗有效的典型病例,效果明显且副作用小,值得借鉴运用。
Aplastic anemia is a kind of pancytopenia disease with anemia,infection and bleeding as the main clinical manifestations.It is a common hematopoietic debilitating disease in blood diseases.Immunosuppressive therapy has a certain therapeutic effect on it,but the treatment cycle is longer,the side effects are larger,and after the withdrawal of the drug,there will often be a significant drop in blood manifestation,blood manifestation is difficult to return to normal,patients have to endure the side effects continue to take.Professor Sun Antao believes that in the basic treatment of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen with traditional Chinese medicine and androgens,the method of activating blood and resolving stasis can promote the bone marrow to rebuild the hematopoietic microenvironment and restore hematopoietic function,which can effectively alleviate the side effects of immunosuppressive drugs and improve the quality of life of patients.In this paper,professor Sun Antao’s treatment of aplastic anemia has broken through the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen.Professor Sun Antao focuses on the treatment of aplastic anemia patients with disease course of more than half a year from the perspective of removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration method,and provides typical cases of effective clinical treatment,with obvious effect and small side effects,which is worthy of reference and application.
