摘要
目的分析美托洛尔片联合盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病并发心功能不全的临床效果及安全性。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月期间收治的120例冠心病并发心功能不全患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=60,单用美托洛尔片治疗)与研究组(n=60,美托洛尔片联合盐酸曲美他嗪治疗)。比较两组的疗效、心功能指标及不良反应。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的LVESD、LVEDD、HR低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔片联合盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病并发心功能不全患者的疗效显著,安全性较高,可改善患者的心功能指标,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of metoprolol tablets combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with cardiac insufficiency.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with cardiac insufficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=60,metoprolol tablets alone)and study group(n=60,metoprolol tablets combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride)according to different treatment methods.The efficacy,cardiac function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVESD,LVEDD and HR of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Metoprolol tablets combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with cardiac insufficiency has significant efficacy and higher safety,and can improve the cardiac function indicators of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
