摘要
目的探讨基于风险评估的预见性护理对腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者并发症的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月本院腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者160例,依据入院顺序分为A组和B组,每组80例,A组给予常规护理,B组在此基础上给予基于风险评估的预见性护理,比较2组护理人员知识和技能水平、并发症、围术期情况、护理满意度。结果B组护理人员护理知识和技能评分明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组并发症发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组术中出血量和手术、下床、住院时间明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护理满意度明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于风险评估的预见性护理可有效提高护理人员护理知识和技能水平,有利于减少腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者并发症及促进其身体康复,提高了护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of predictive nursing based on the incidence of complications of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods A total of 160 patients who were treated by laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission,with 80 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in group B were treated by predictive nursing based on risk assessment.The knowledge and skill levels of nursing staff,and the incidence of complications of patients,perioperative conditions and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The knowledge and skill levels of nursing staff’in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Moreover the intraoperative bleeding volume and the time of getting out of bed,hospitalization duration in group B were significantly less than those in group A(P<0.05).In addition the nursing satisfaction degree in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing based on risk assessment can effectively improve the knowledge and skill levels of nursing staff’,which is beneficial to reduce the incidence of complications and promote the physical recovery of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy,moreover,which can improve nursing satisfaction degree,therefore,it’s worthy of clinical promotion.
