摘要
目前,高等职业教育持续扩招,办学模式越来越趋向多元化,地方高职院校已成为推动国家“大众创业、万众创新”战略实现的重要平台。现阶段,我国的市场经济持续快速发展,经济结构持续优化,经济增长动力也逐渐发生变化,高新技术成为新的经济增长动力。在这一背景下,地方高职院校要适应经济发展新常态的需要,探索自身的人才培养模式,真正地将人才培养和区域经济发展协同起来,让人才培养成为区域经济发展的新动力。本文以湖南地区为例,分析区域经济发展和高校人才培养之间的关系,结合目前高职创新创业人才培养中存在的突出问题,探究高职创新创业人才培养和区域经济发展协同的路径。
At present,higher vocational education continues to expand enrollment,and the school-running model is becoming more and more diversified.Local higher vocational colleges have become an important platform to promote the realization of the national strategy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".At this stage,China's market economy continues to develop rapidly,the economic structure continues to be optimized,and the driving force for economic growth is gradually changing.High-tech has become a new driving force for economic growth.In this context,local higher vocational colleges must adapt to the needs of the new normal of economic development and explore their own talent training.The cultivation model truly synergizes the cultivation of talents with the development of the regional economy,and makes talent cultivation a new driving force for the development of the regional economy.Taking Hunan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the relationship between regional economic development and talent training in colleges and universities,combined with the current problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges,and explores the path of synergy between the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational education and regional economic development.
