摘要
扩招后高职院校面临着扩招数量与扩招对象的“双增量”,社会生源数量更大、更广,压力与机遇前所未有。如何快速适应这一变化,实现高职扩招目的,湖北工业职业技术学院和十堰广播电视大学两校合作教学,在共同培养2019级、2020级扩招学生方面做了有益的尝试和探索。十堰市政府优化学校布局、整合地方职业教育资源,两校共同制定人才培养方案,共同探讨教学模式,共享资源合作教学,实现扩招学生个性发展、学历提升和就业需求。
After enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges are faced with the“double increment”of enrollment expansion number and enrollment expansion object.The number of social students is larger and wider,and the pressure and opportunity are unprecedented.How to quickly adapt to this change and achieve the purpose of higher vocational enrollment expansion,Hubei Polytechnic and Shiyan radio and Television University have made a beneficial attempt and exploration in the joint training of 2019 and 2020 enrollment expansion students.Shiyan municipal government optimizes the school layout and integrates local vocational education resources.The two schools jointly formulate talent training programs,discuss teaching modes,share resources and cooperate in teaching,so as to realize the personality development,academic promotion and employment demand of students.
