摘要
随着会议产业的持续发展,会议市场的竞争日益激烈,参会者对于会议的选择也越来越多。协会会议作为会议市场的重要组成部分,吸引更多的参会者是会议成功举办的关键因素,因此研究其参会动机有着重要的现实意义。本文以协会会议为研究对象,选取2020中国肿瘤防治联盟年会暨中国精准医学大会作为案例,利用扎根理论的分析方法,探讨参会者的参会动机,分析影响参会者进行决策的因素,并向会议组织者提出针对性建议。
With the continuous development of the conference industry,the competition in the conference market is becoming increasingly fierce.There are more alternatives offered for participants.Association conferences,as an important part of the conference market,have to focus on participant attraction to ensure their success.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the motivation of participants.This paper takes association conferences as the research object,selects the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Union of Chinese Oncology Management and China Precision Medicine Conference as the case,uses the grounded theory to discuss the motivation of participants and analyze the factors that affect their decision-making,and puts forward specific suggestions to conference organizers.
