摘要
对学术会议的价值与目标进行了文献综述,在此基础上,探讨了学术会议的目标体系并进行了实证。引入以目标评价为特点的平衡计分卡理论,建立了基于平衡计分卡模型的学术会议效果评价指标体系。
Based on a brief review on the value and targets of academic meetings, this paper explores and proves the target system of academic meetings. And on the basis of Balance-Scored Card Theory with the characteristic of target evaluation, it also constructs a multi-indicators evaluation system of academic meeting effects.
