摘要
习近平总书记提出“努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义”这一科学论断,是我们学习领会贯彻习近平法治思想特别是司法的人民性的重要遵循。该论断系统阐明了司法为了谁、服务谁和依靠谁的根本问题。司法必须贯彻党的根本宗旨、群众路线和优良传统,坚持司法为民、保障人民权益、公正司法、不断提升司法效率。司法应在坚持党的领导和中国特色社会主义司法制度基础上,持续推进司法体制改革,建立人民参与机制,完善便民利民工作机制,推进司法公开透明,建设高素质的司法队伍,借力现代科技推进司法现代化,带动全民尊法学法守法用法。司法工作人员应守好社会公平正义的最后一道防线,做好社会公平正义的守护者。
General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the thesis that"Efforts should be made to enable the people to feel that fairness and justice is served in every case before the courts".It is an important guidance for us to learn,understand and implement Xi Jinping thoughts on the rule of law,especially the people's nature of judicial system.This thesis systematically clarifies the fundamental issues of for whom justice should be carried out,whom justice should serve and whom justice should depend on.The judiciary should implement the party's fundamental purpose,adhere to the mass line and follow the fine tradition.Besides,the judiciary should uphold the principle of justice for the people,protect the rights and interests of the people,adhere to impartial justice,and continuously improve judicial efficiency.The judiciary should,on the basis of adhering to the party's leadership and the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics,continue to promote judicial system reform,establish a mechanism for people's participation,carry forward work systems that facilitate and benefit the people,advance judicial fairness and openness,build a high-quality judicial talent team,promote the modernization of justice with the help of modern science and technology and encourage all people to respect the law,study the law,observe the law and use the law.Judicial staff should be the guardians to keep the last line of defense of social fairness and justice.
