摘要
随着社会经济的高速发展及群众日常生活水平的不断提升,各种各样的体育运动项目得到了群众的广泛关注,而排球运动作为一项隔网对抗性项目,更是受到了群众的喜爱,尤其是近年来,我国的整体排球水平不断提升。为了有效提升我国的整体排球水平,需要在训练过程中采用多样化的训练手段,核心力量训练是其中一项重要的训练方式。因此,该文首先对核心力量训练的基本概述加以明确,并对核心力量训练在排球训练中的作用展开深入分析,在此基础上,提出核心力量训练在排球训练中的具体措施。
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's daily living standards,a variety of sports have been widely concerned by the people,and volleyball,as a net competition project,has been loved by the people.Especially in recent years,the overall volleyball level of our country has been continuously improved.In order to effectively improve China's overall volleyball level,we need to adopt diversified training methods in the training process,and core strength training is one of the important training methods.Therefore,this paper first defines the basic overview of core strength training,and makes an in-depth analysis of the role of core strength training in volleyball training;On this basis,this paper puts forward the specific measures of core strength training in volleyball training.
