摘要
提出从“雷锋式职业人”这一特色理念入手,围绕当前高职院校思政课育人效果提升面临的现实困境、实践教学改革应遵循的基本原则、实践教学改革创新路径等角度,将雷锋精神与职业精神相结合,在思政课的实践教学中始终围绕“雷锋精神”这一核心要素,创新实践教学模式,拓展实践育人平台,提升实践育人实效,围绕立德树人根本任务,切实践行为党育人、为国育才的时代使命。
Starting from the characteristic concept of"professional people of Lei Feng type",the paper discusses the actual dilemma,the principles of practical teaching reform,and the innovation of practical teaching reform.We should integrate the spirit of Lei Feng with vocational spirit,innovate in the teaching mode,expand the educational platform,and improve the effect of practical education.
