应用型本科院校学生学校认同感现状及提升路径

The Present Situation and Enhancement Path of Students'Sense of School Identity in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges

摘要 基于对32个省份(包括自治区、直辖市)的12509位应用型本科院校学生学校认同感的调查,探讨性别、年级、学生干部经历、学科背景、升学意愿、目前就读专业的选择主体等因素对应用型本科院校学生学校认同感的影响。研究发现:应用型本科院校学生学校认同感整体水平较高;不同性别、不同学生干部经历、不同学科背景、不同专业选择主体的应用型本科院校学生的学校认同感存在显著差异;应用型本科院校学生升学意愿仅对学校认同感总分、情感依附因子、自主行为因子存在显著影响;不同年级应用型本科院校学生仅在学校认同感的认知因子上存在显著差异,且表现为大三学生显著高于其他年级学生。 Based on the investigation of the sense of school identity of 12,509 students who come from application-oriented undergraduate colleges in 32 provinces(including autonomons and municipality),the influence of gender,grade,experience of student cadre,discipline background,intention to pursue a master's degree,the main decider of the current major on students'sense of school identity in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is explored.The results are as follows:the overall level of the sense of students'school identity in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is relatively high;there are significant differences in the sense of school identity among students from application-oriented undergraduate colleges with different genders,different experience of student cadre,different discipline backgrounds,different main deciders of the current major;students'willingness for further education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges has a significant impact on the total score of the sense of school identity,emotional attachment factor and autonomous behavior factor;students from application-oriented undergraduate colleges in different grades only have a significant difference in the cognitive factor of the sense of school identity,and the difference in the cognitive factor of the sense of school identity of juniors is significantly bigger than that of students from other grades.
