摘要
目的:探讨山东省定向医学生报考动机对潜在违约风险的影响,为提高定向医学生在校培养质量及履约水平提供参考。方法:对山东省2017届定向医学生进行问卷调查,运用单因素方差分析、多重线性回归进行统计分析,并辅以文本资料的质性分析。结果:有169名(29.6%)定向医学生产生过违约想法,潜在违约风险较高。定向医学生的潜在违约风险在人生志向、免费政策、事业编制的认同程度存在统计学差异(P<0.05),在专业、性别、生源地等属性变量间的差异无统计学意义。回归结果显示,人生志向、事业编制对潜在违约风险具有统计学意义,其中人生志向的影响最大。结论:人生志向、事业编制对违约风险约束具有保护作用,其中"人生志向"效应最高。应引导定向医学生树立正确的价值观。此外,还要稳定基层卫生服务的事业编制制度,落实好相关保障措施;制定更加人性化的政策,多种途径提高定向医学生基层就业的归属感。
Objective To explore the influence of motivation for application of rural oriented medical students in Shandong Province on risk of default,and provide references for improving their cultivation quality.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the rural oriented medical students in Shandong Province.Data was analyzed with single factor ANOVA,multiple linear regression and qualitative analysis.Results 169 medical students(29.6%)had the idea of default,which showed the high potential risk of default.The potential default risk of medical students was significantly different in life ambition,free policy and career establishment(P<0.05),and was no significant different among the attribute variables such as specialty,gender and student origin.Life ambition and career establishment have statistical significance on potential default risk,among which life ambition has the greatest influence.Conclusion Life ambition and career establishment have protective effect on default risk constraint,among which"life ambition"has the highest effect.It is suggested to guide rural oriented medical students to set up correct values,stabilize the grass-roots health services system,implement relevant safeguard measures,formulate more humanized policies,and improve the sense of belonging of grass-roots employment of rural oriented medical students in various ways.
