摘要
为促进健康教育发展,提高农民生活质量,指出了河北农村健康教育存在的主要问题:农民缺乏健康理念,农村居民日常健康状况被忽视,城乡医疗资源严重不平衡,健康教育缺乏导致出现违法违规行为,基层卫生从业者对于健康教育理解程度不够,健康教育缺乏针对性及效果评估。提出提高河北农村健康教育水平的策略:统筹协调,发挥地方政府作用,运用多种方式进行健康教育,提高健康教育率,严厉打击违法推销假冒伪劣保健品行为,加强对农村地区医疗工作对口帮扶,了解需求,评估效果,以实现社会主义现代化农村建设目标,做好农村地区健康教育工作。
In order to promote health education development,and improve the life quality of peasants,the research points out the main problems in rural health education in Hebei,i.e.lack of health concept among peasants,neglect of rural resident’s daily health situation,unbalance between urban and rural medical resource,violation of laws and regulations caused by the lack of health education,lack of understanding degree of health education from primary health practitioners,and lack of targeting and effect evaluation of health education.Strategies of the improvement of rural health education level in Hebei are proposed,i.e.to plan and coordinate,play the function of local government,apply health education in various methods,improve health education rate,strictly strike illegal promotion of fake and shoddy health care products,strengthen the assistance of rural medical work,know demand,and evaluate effect,in order to achieve the goal of socialist modernization rural construction,and do well in rural health education.
