摘要
                
                    为探明YBUF5和YBUF7菌株对人参锈腐病的防病作用及人参植株内防御酶活性的影响,进行了田间防病试验并检测人参植株内几种主要防御酶活性(POD、CAT、SOD、PAL)。结果表明:YBUF5、YBUF7及混合菌株对人参植株安全,并有一定的促进作用。田间防病试验中拮抗放线菌菌株YBUF5、YBUF7对人参锈腐病有较强防病作用。其中,YBUF5菌株的防效为69.88%;YBUF7菌株的防效为60.24%;混合菌株的防效为51.81%。YBUF5、YBUF7及混合菌株处理的健康人参组织内的主要防御酶活性有升高;受人参锈腐病菌胁迫的人参组织中主要防御酶的活性有明显升高的趋势。但YBUF5和锈腐病菌、YBUF7菌株和锈腐病菌,2种处理的人参组织中主要防御酶的活性要低于只接人参锈腐病菌,但是却高于无菌水处理。说明YBUF5和YBUF7菌株及混合菌株可以诱导人参组织内主要防御酶活性的升高。
                
                To explore the effect of actinomycetes strains YBUF5 and YBUF7 on preventing ginseng rust rot(Cylindrocarpon destructans)and activities of defense enzymes(POD,CAT,SOD,and PAL)in ginseng,disease prevention tests were implemented in field and the activities of POD,CAT,SOD,and PAL were determined in this study.The results showed that YBUF5,YBUF7,and their combination were safe and promoted the plant growth,which strongly prevented the disease and the prevention efficiency of YBUF5,YBUF7,and their combination were 69.88%,60.24%,and 51.81%,respectively.The defense enzyme activities in healthy ginseng less increased after treatments of YBUF5,YBUF7,and their combination,whereas those in the ginseng infected by C.destructans obviously increased.Furthermore,defense enzyme activities in ginseng treated with both YBUF5 and C.destructans or both YBUF7 and C.destructans,were lower than those in ginseng treated alone with C.destructans,but which was higher than the control(water).The findings indicated that YBUF5 and YBUF7,and their combination could increase the activities of the main defense enzymes in ginseng.
