摘要
新一代信息技术与传统行业的深度融合催生了“新工科”,行业的剧烈变革和技术进步促进了ICT人才从需求数量结构到能力结构的重大变化,这对应用型本科院校ICT人才培养提出了新的挑战。在“新工科”背景下,以ICT人才需求为出发点,全面分析了ICT行业人才需求、新兴领域人才需求及“生态化”对ICT人才的新要求,通过与行业需求对比,剖析了应用型本科高校ICT人才培养存在的人才培养定位不清、课程体系与行业脱节、忽视学生行业“软实力”培养,以及与应用型人才培养相适应的师资队伍缺失等问题,并给出了解决策略。
The deep integration of the new generation of information technology and traditional industries has given birth to the“emerging engineering education”.The drastic changes in the industry and technological progress have promoted the significant changes of ICT talents from the demand quantity to the ability structure,which has posed new challenges to the cultivation of ICT talents in application-oriented universities.Under the background of“emerging engineering education”,taking ICT talent demand as the starting point,this paper comprehensively analyzes the talent demand of ICT industry,emerging fields and the new requirements of“ecologicalization”for ICT talents,By comparing with the industry demand,this paper analyzes the problems existing in ICT talents training in application-oriented universities,such as unclear orientation of talents training,disconnection between curriculum system and industry,neglect of students’industrial“soft power”training and lack of qualified teachers suitable for applied talents training,and finally puts forward solutions.
