城市高速铁路明挖隧道装配式结构设计方案研究 被引量:7

摘要 明挖装配式工法修建城市高速铁路隧道具有缩短工期、减少现场人力投入、改善施工质量、提升环境友好性等诸多优势,是未来城市隧道的一个发展方向。通过对雄忻高铁雄安隧道周边规划条件、项目实施环境调研,分析装配式结构工效,证明了采用装配式结构可有效控制总体工期;结合本次装配式实施段落的工程条件,从工期、经济性、拼装效率以及台车适用性等方面综合比选,推荐使用吊装法施工。通过建立隧道工程“荷载-结构”整体计算模型以及装配式构件局部接头模型,对隧道整体内力及装配构件接头变形进行分析。结果表明:装配式隧道结构内力、接头局部变形满足设计要求;采用预应力连接措施可有助于控制构件接头变形,验证了装配明挖结构设计方案的合理性。 The open-cut assembly method to build urban railway tunnel has many advantages such as“shortening the construction period,reducing the manpower input on site,improving the construction quality and enhancing the environmental friendliness”,which is a development direction of open-cut urban tunnel in the future.Through the investigation of the surrounding planning conditions and project implementation environment of Xiongan Tunnel of Xiongxin High-speed Railway,as well as the engineering efficiency analysis of the prefabricated structure,it is proved that the overall construction period can be effectively controlled with the prefabricated structure.Combined with the engineering conditions of this finished assembly section and based on the comprehensive comparison and selection in terms of the construction period,economy,assembly efficiency and the applicability of the trolley,it is recommended to use hoisting method construction.The overall internal force of the tunnel and the joint deformation of assembled components are analyzed by establishing the load-structure overall calculation model of the tunnel engineering and the local joint model of assembled components.The analysis results show that the internal force and local joint deformation of the prefabricated tunnel structure meet the design requirements,the prestressed connection measures can help control the joint deformation of the component,and the design scheme of the assembly open-cut structure is proved rational.
