框架桥下穿施工因其安全可靠且不影响既有线路运营等优点,在立体交叉工程中得到广泛应用。联李大道顶进框架桥下穿铁路咽喉区位于深圳市龙岗区南湾街道,需依次下穿跨越广深铁路平湖南编组站南咽喉区、平湖南综合物流枢纽铁路货场及其集1、集2线、广深铁路Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ线等众多重要线路,工程复杂,难度极高。介绍了穿越铁路咽喉区所面临的复杂地质条件、顶进框架桥设计、线路加固方案和施工步骤、关键技术和解决思路等重点内容,并利用Midas GTS有限元程序对工程各个施工阶段的稳定性分析,建立三维实体有限元模型进行数值模拟计算,量化基坑开挖过程对既有线路的影响,可为同类项目提供有意参考和科学依据。
The use of underpass construction beneath framework bridges is widely employed in complex multidimensional intersection projects due to its economic,safety,and non-disruptive advantages to existing rail operations.The underpass project for the Lian Li Avenue,located in the Nawan Street of Longgang District,Shenzhen,necessitates sequential underpassing of several critical railway components,including the South Throat Area of Pinghu South Marshalling Yard on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway,the railway goods yard at Pinghu South Comprehensive Logistics Hub,and its associated Track 1 and Track 2 lines,as well as the numerous essential lines of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway(LinesⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ).The project is characterized by its high complexity and extreme technical challenges.This article provides a comprehensive overview of the complex geological conditions faced during the underpass of the railway throat area, the design of the top-down framework bridge, route reinforcement strategies,construction steps, key technologies, and problem-solving approaches. The stability analysis of each construction stage isconducted using the Midas GTS finite element program, establishing a three-dimensional solid finite element model for numericalsimulation calculations. The impact of excavation on the existing rail lines is quantified, providing valuable references and scientificfoundations for similar projects.
