摘要
医学生与其他本科学生有明显不同,从事的是人命攸关的事业。需要突出敬业奉献、精益求精、终身学习理念。医学生评学考核架构应促成思想品德目标、知识结构目标、临床技能目标、职业素质目标的完成。具体考核途径应深化平时、期末、见习、实习、实训、毕业考核。医学生考核应强调医德医风高尚、临床技能扎实、专业知识深厚、政策法规熟悉、人际沟通顺畅,做到常见临床问题处理规范、正确、独立,复杂疑难问题处理灵活、细致、全面,真正做到精益求精,全面发展。
Medical students differ markedly from other undergraduate students in that they are engaged in careers that involves life.They need to highlight the concept of dedication,excellence and lifelong learning.The evaluation and assessment framework of medical students should promote the accomplishment of ideological and moral goals,knowledge structure goals,clinical skills goals and professional quality goals.Specific assessment methods should deepen peacetime,final,internship,practice,practical training and graduation assessment.The assessment of medical students should emphasize on noble medical ethics,solid clinical skills,profound professional knowledge,familiar with policies and regulations,smooth interpersonal communication,standardized,correct and independent handling of common clinical problems,flexible,meticulous and comprehensive handling of complex and difficult problems,and truly strive for excellence and all-round development.
