摘要
                
                    为优化刨花模压托盘的生产工艺,以废弃实木、胶合板破碎刨花为原料,通过筛分重组,探究刨花尺寸、配比对模压托盘性能的影响。研究结果表明:在相同的热压工艺条件下,小尺寸刨花含量越高,托盘板面密度越小、吸水厚度膨胀率越低。单一尺寸刨花制备的托盘的内结合强度、加强筋抗弯强度随着刨花尺寸的减小而逐渐升高;不同刨花尺寸配比制备的模压托盘,小尺寸刨花对大尺寸刨花间隙的填充作用可提高托盘的内结合强度和加强筋抗压强度。建议选用中尺寸刨花和小尺寸刨花占比均高于30%的配比,以获得整体及各部位都具有较高力学强度的刨花模压托盘。
                
                In order to optimize the manufacturing process,this study explored molded wood pallets made from particles of recycled wood and plywood.The effect of particle size and content ratio on the performance of molded wood pallets was examined.The research results showed that,under the same hot-press conditions,the higher the content of small-size shavings,the lower the surface density and the thickness expansion rate of water absorbing of the pallet.When the pallets were made with single-size particles,the bonding strength of the pallets and the bending strength of the stiffeners gradually increased as the size of the particles decreased respectively.When the wood pallets were prepared with mixed particles sizes and content ratios,the filling effect of small-size particles on the gap of large-size particles improved the bonding strength and the stiffeners'compressive strength respectively.It was recommended to choose a ratio containing more than 30%of combining medium-size particles and small-size particles in the production of wood pallets in order to obtain higher mechanical strength of the entire pallet and each part of the pallet respectively.
