摘要
通过对普通胶合板托盘、一层竹芯板托盘和三层竹芯板托盘进行抗弯试验,分析了在3种载荷情况(5、10和15)下,三种类型的托盘所需要厚度的最小值。发现一层竹芯板的结构可以明显降低厚度,能够节约材料,降低成本;同时还得出了厚度和载荷经验公式。
On the basis of testing the modulus of rupture(MOR) of common plywood、one-layer bamboo plywood and three-layer bamboo plywood, the minimum thickness of three types of plywood in three loads of 5 kN, 10 kN and 15 kN were analyzed. Research shows that it can reduce the thickness in evidence if one-layer wood-bamboo plywood was used. At the same time, the expressions of thickness and loads can be calculated.
