摘要
百年来,中国共产党纪检监察体制的奠基、创立、探索与重塑,始终嵌入在党领导的国家革命与改革进程之中。纪检监察体制变革不断推动党内监督与国家监督贯通融合,始终与党领导的国家法治建设进程同频共振,始终以依规治党与依法治国双轮驱动为价值诉求。纪检监察体制作为党和国家监督体系的重要构成,在变革中走向成熟,揭示了权力监督和腐败治理的“中国逻辑”,彰显了中国共产党勇于自我革新、自我净化的清醒与自觉。
Over the last century,the foundation,establishment,exploration and reconstruction of the discipline inspection and supervision system of the Communist Party of China have always been embedded in the national revolution and reform process led by the party.The reform of discipline inspection and supervision system has continuously promoted the connection and integration of inner-party supervision and state supervision,always resonated with the process of national rule of law construction led by the party,and always been driven by the two wheels of governing the party according to regulations and ruling the country according to law as law appeals.As an important part of supervision system of the party and the country,the discipline inspection and supervision system has matured in the reform,revealed the“Chinese logic”of power supervision and corruption governance,and demonstrated the soberness and consciousness of the Communist Party of China's courage to innovate herself and purify herself.
