摘要
目的:分析颈部整脊配合降压药物治疗伴颈椎病高血压的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年3月收治伴颈椎病高血压患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予单纯降压药治疗,观察组应用颈部整脊配合降压治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候各项积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组颈椎活动度评分及ROM评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用颈部整脊联合降压药物治疗伴颈椎病高血压,能促进患者症状改善,治疗效果较好。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of cervical chiropractic combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension with cervical spondylopathy.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,78 patients with hypertension with cervical spondylopathy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antihypertensive drugs alone.The observation group was treated with cervical chiropractic combined with antihypertensive drug treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical spine mobility score and ROM score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cervical chiropractic combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension with cervical spondylopathy can promote the improvement of patients’symptoms,and the treatment effect is better.
