摘要
当前非全日制研究生课程教学在内容与形式、连续性与针对性等方面存在诸多困境,导致其教育教学质量得不到保障和提升。双向在线学习是对异步在线学习和同步在线学习的融合定义,能够为实现非全日制与全日制研究生"同质等效"培养提供实践路径,在兼顾非全日制群体特征基础上实现针对性教学、提升碎片化时间利用、强化学习的连续性、持续性引导反馈等。本研究从双向在线学习理念出发,构建新的非全日制研究生课程教学模式,并在具体课程中实践探索,分析发现该模式在实践中表现出突破工学矛盾、增进师生合作关系等作用。最后,文章基于实践分析结果从教与学两方面提出四点优化建议。
The current part-time postgraduate course teaching has many difficulties in terms of content and form,continuity and pertinence,resulting in the lack of guarantee and improvement of the quality of education and teaching. Bichronous Online Learning is a fusion definition of asynchronous online learning and synchronous online learning. It can provide a practical path for achieving"homogenous equivalence"training of part-time and full-time graduate students,and achieve targeted teaching based on taking into account the characteristics of part-time groups,improve fragmented time utilization,continuity of reinforcement learning,continuous guidance and feedback,etc.Based on the concept of Bichronous Online Learning,the research constructs a new part-time postgraduate course teaching model,and explores in practice in specific courses. The analysis finds that this model has the effect of breaking through the contradictions of engineering and learning and enhancing the cooperation relationship between teachers and students in practice.Finally,based on the results of practical analysis,four optimization suggestions are put forward from the two aspects of teaching and learning.
