摘要
目的探讨加减四物汤联合奥洛他定治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果观察。方法将2019年6月—2020年12月在医院治疗的80例过敏性结膜炎患者随机分为两组,对照组使用奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用加减四物汤治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分变化、血清指标变化、泪液指标变化。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后眼痒、眼胀、畏光流泪、干涩、视物模糊、烧灼感等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清ECP、HA、LTB4水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后泪液ECP、HA、LTB4水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加减四物汤联合奥洛他定治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果显著,能有效缓解中医证候,降低血清及泪液中生化因子水平,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Siwu Decoction(加减四物汤) on allergic conjunctivitis.Methods Eighty patients with allergic conjunctivitis treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with olopatadine eye drops. On this basis, the observation group was treated with Modified Siwu Decoction. The clinical efficacy, changes of TCM syndrome score, serum indexes and tear indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group, which was significantly higher of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The serum levels of ECP, HA and LTB4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ECP, HA and LTB4 in tears in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Modified Siwu Decoction in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis is significant, which can effectively relieve TCM syndrome, reduce the levels of biochemical factors in serum and tears, and has positive clinical significance.
