摘要
目的对手术室护理中应用风险护理的效果进行研究。方法选择该院2018年10月—2020年6月期间接受手术治疗的患者154例,按照随机奇偶数字方式分为参照组(实施常规护理)和观察组(实施风险护理)各77例,对比两组的护理质量评分、护理满意度等效果。结果就基础护理、物品管理、无菌情况、护理记录以及安全管理等护理质量评分而言,观察组均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.438、26.630、13.744、18.853、15.554,P<0.05);就护理满意度而言,观察组患者为96.10%,明显高于参照组的76.62%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.406,P<0.001);就护理纠纷率、差错率、风险率而言,观察组均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.336、4.248、4.797,P<0.05)。结论手术室护理中应用风险护理的效果十分满意。
Objective To study the effect of risk nursing in operating room nursing.Methods Select 154 patients who received surgical treatment in the hospital from October 2018 to June 2020,according to random parity numbers,divided into the reference group(implementation of routine care)and observation group(implementation of risk care)77 cases each,compare the two groups The effect of nursing quality score,nursing satisfaction and so on.Results In terms of nursing quality scores such as basic nursing,article management,sterility,nursing records,and safety management,the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.438,26.630,13.744,18.853,15.554,P<0.05);in terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 96.10%,which was significantly higher than 76.62%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.406,P<0.001);regarding nursing dispute rate and error rate In terms of risk rate,the observation group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.336,4.248,4.797,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of risk nursing in operating room nursing is very satisfactory and it is worthy of promotion.
