摘要
目的对新明穴注射药物治疗眼底疾病效果进行分析。方法将我院2014年12月—2016年8月收治的眼底疾病患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间划分对照组、观察组。对照组患者采取视网膜光凝术干预;观察组患者应用新明穴注射药物方式干预,将两组患者治疗效果进行对比,并观察患者满意度。结果经治疗后,两组患者病情均呈现不同程度好转,观察组患者总有效率为87.5%,对照组患者总有效率为70.0%,观察组明显优于对照组。经治疗后,观察组患者中31例非常满意,4例满意,5例不满意,满意度为87.5%;对照组中15例非常满意,8例满意,17例不满意,满意度为57.5%。观察组患者满意度明显比对照组高(P <0.05)。结论应用新明穴注射药物干预方式可有效改善眼底疾病症状,使患者尽早治疗康复,患者满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the efect of injection of Xinming acupointon fundus diseases. Methods The patients with fundus diseases admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and observation group according to the admission time. The patients in the control group were treated with retinal photocoagulation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with the injection of Xinming point, and the efect of the two groups was compared and the satisfaction of the patients was observed. Results After treatment, the two groups of patients showed diferent degrees of improvement, the efective rate of the observation group was 87.5%, the control group was 70.0%, and the observation group was obviously better than the control group. After treatment, 31 of the patients in the observation group were very satisfied, 4 were satisfied, 5 were dissatisfed and the satisfaction was 87.5%; 15 in the control group were very satisfed, 8 were satisfed and 17 were dissatisfed, the satisfaction was 57.5%. The satisfaction of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of the injection of Xinming point injection can efectively improve the symptoms of the fundus disease, make the patients recover as soon as possible, the patient＇s satisfaction is high.
