摘要
目的:探讨三才配穴疗法联合乳管灌注在治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的应用价值。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年5月惠州市第三人民医院收治的60例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组行乳管灌注治疗,在此基础上,试验组使用三才配穴疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗时间、临床症状消失时间、中医症状积分、炎症反应、复发率、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组;试验组中医症状积分、白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-2、IL-4和C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组乳房肿块消失时间、治疗时间、乳痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后3个月均无复发病例;两组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三才配穴疗法联合乳管灌注治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎能够增强治疗效果,缩短临床症状消失时间、治疗时间,减轻乳房疼痛程度,改善局部皮肤状况,减轻炎症反应,避免疾病复发,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the application value of Sancai points therapy(三才配穴)plus lactiferous ducts perfusion on granulomatous mastitis.Methods:60 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactiferous ducts perfusion,the experimental group was treated with Sancai points therapy more.The clinical efficacy,treatment time,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,TCM symptom score,inflammatory response,recurrence rate,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group;the TCM symptom score,IL-2,IL-4 and CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time,treatment time,and breast pain disappearance time of the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no recurrence in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,the two groups were unhealthy.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of granulomatous mastitis with Sancai points therapy plus lactiferous ducts perfusion can enhance the treatment effect,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,treatment time,reduce breast pain,improve local skin conditions,reduce inflammation,avoid disease recurrence,and be safe Higher.
