摘要
以活性物含量为指标,对用油酸和羟乙基磺酸钠为原料合成油酸酰羟乙基磺酸钠进行了工艺考察。合成油酸酰羟乙基磺酸钠的最佳工艺参数为:油酸与羟乙基磺酸钠投料摩尔比1.1∶1,催化剂氧化锌用量0.5%,反应温度235 ℃,反应时间4 h。用合成的油酸酰羟乙基磺酸钠应用到皂基洗面奶中,可以改善配方体系的泡沫性能。
Using the content of active substance as the index,the process conditions for synthesizing sodium isethionate oleate from oleic acid and sodium isethionate as raw materials were investigated.The optimized process parameters for synthesis of sodium isethionate oleate were as follows:the molar ratio of oleic acid to sodium isethionate was 1.1∶1;the amount of zinc oxide in the catalyst was 0.5%;the reaction temperature was 235 ℃;the reaction time was 4 h.The sodium isethionate oleate thus obtained could be applied to soap-based facial cleansers and could improve the foaming performance of the formulation system.
