月桂酸羟乙/丙基磺酸钠的性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 对自制的月桂酸羟乙/丙基磺酸钠(商品名称为Igepon A/Igepon B)的物化性能进行了研究。结果表明,Igepon A的cmc和γcmc低于Igepon B;在润湿力方面,两者相当;泡沫性能两者均很优良,而65%Igepon B在硬水中的发泡性和稳泡性较好,抗硬水能力强;去污力为Igepon A略低于Igepon B,对碳黑和蛋白污布Igepon B去污力高于标准粉;Igepon A的Krafft点为24.2℃,Igepon B的Krafft点小于1℃。在工业领域Igepon B表现出更好的实际应用价值。 Physicochemical properties of sodium lauroyl isethionate/methyl isethionate ( their commodity name is Igepon A/Igepon B) were investigated. Results showed that cmc and γcmc of Igepon A are lower than that of Igepon B. Igepon A and Igepon B are similar at wetting power. The two products display good foaming performance. In hard water, foaming power and stability of 65% Igepon B display better performance. Detergency of Igepon B was better than Igepon A. With respect to carbon black and protein testing swatches, detergency of Igepon B is higher than that of standard laundry powder. Krafft point of Igepon A is 24. 2 ℃, and Krafft point of Igepon B is less than 1℃. Igepon B displays better practical application value.
