摘要
目的:探讨分阶段回授法配合正向激励对早期结直肠癌手术患者的影响。方法:将2019年1月1日~2020年10月31日收治的110例结直肠癌手术患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各55例;对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施分阶段回授法配合正向激励干预;比较干预前、干预6周后两组心理弹性水平[采用中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、希望水平[采用Herth希望量表(HHI)]、疾病不确定感[采用中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)]及生活质量[采用欧洲癌症治疗研究组织生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)],记录两组术后并发症发生率。结果:干预6周后,两组CD-RISC、HHI及QLQ-C30评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预6周后,两组MUIS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:分阶段回授法配合正向激励可改善早期结直肠癌手术患者不良心理状态,降低疾病不确定感水平,提高希望水平及生活质量。
Objective:To explore effect of the phase feedback method combined with positive incentives in patients with early colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with colorectal cancer surgery admitted during January 1,2019 to October 31,2020 were divided using the random number table method into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group;The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group on the basis of the control group was given phase feedback method combined with positive incentive intervention;Comparison was made between the two groups before intervention and 6 weeks after intervention on the resilience level[using the Chinese psychological elastic scale(CD-RISC)]level,hope level[using the Herth hope scale(HHI)],sense of uncertainty in illness using the Chinese Mishel sense of uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)and the quality of life[using European cancer treatment research organization quality of life core questionnaire(QLQ C30)],postoperative complications in both groups were recorded.Results:6 weeks after intervention,the CD-RISC,HHI and QLQ C30 scores were higher in both groups than before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);MUIS scores were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those on the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The complication incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The phase feedback method combined with positive incentives can improve the poor psychological state in patients in patients with early colorectal cancer surgery,reduce their level of uncertainty in illness,and improve their level of hope and life quality.
