金银花中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留的UPLC-PDA分析 被引量:2

UPLC-PDA analysis of chlorantraniliprole residue in Lonicera japonica

摘要 研究建立了快速检测金银花中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留的UPLC-PDA分析方法.样品用乙腈提取、PSA-C18-MWCNTs-OH分散固相萃取净化,经UPLC分离后于254 nm波长下检测.结果显示,氯虫苯甲酰胺质量浓度在0.05~5.00 mg/L之间时,线性响应良好,曲线方程为y=6842.6x+27.745,R2=0.9991;平均回收率均在91%~104%之间,RSD小于6%;分析方法的LOD和LOQ分别为0.017μg/kg和0.028 mg/kg.整体来看,UPLC-PDA残留分析方法前处理程序简单、高效、可靠、节省有机溶剂;该方法灵敏度、准确度和精密度等性能指标均可满足农药残留分析要求,可作为金银花中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量检测的推荐方法. An ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detector(UPLC-PDA)method was developed to determine chlorantraniliprole residue in Lonicera japonica.The residual sample was extracted by acetonitrile,cleaned with“PSA-C18-MWCNTs-OH”by dispersive solid phase extraction,the target analyte was separated on UPLC BEH C18 column and detected at the wavelength of 254 nm.Finally,the external standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that the good linear response of chlorantraniliprole was appeared in the mass concentration range of 0.05~5.00 mg/L on the UPLC-PDA,and the matrix standard curve equation was y=6842.6x+27.745(R2=0.9991);the average recoveries ranged from 91%to 104%,and the values of relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 6%;the limit of detection(LOD)and the limit of quantification(LOQ)of the analytical method were 0.017μg/kg and 0.028 mg/kg,respectively.In conclusion,the modified version of the sample pretreatment is simple,efficient and less organic solvent consumption;the optimized method of UPLC-PDA is fast,and its performance indicators such as sensitivity,accuracy and precision meet the requirements of pesticide residual analysis.So,it can be acted as an option for the detection of chlorantraniliprole residues in Lonicera japonica.
