摘要
中国经济已由高速增长阶段进入高质量发展新阶段,“以人民为中心”的发展思想要求经济发展更好地服务于人的发展。为使发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民,更好地满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,应努力促进高质量发展与居民共享发展成果的良性互动。以经济发展速度和经济发展质量作为高质量发展的两个一级指标,将居民收入差距的适度性、居民收入增长的渐进性、居民共享发展的全面性和居民生活质量作为居民共享发展成果的四个一级指标,对中国经济发展过程中居民共享发展成果的水平进行度量,利用灰色关联模型对中国高质量发展与居民共享发展成果的关系进行实证分析。结果表明:经济发展加快了居民共享发展成果的提升速度;居民共享发展成果对经济发展质量产生了较为显著的影响。新时代新阶段的发展必须贯彻新发展理念,依托扩大内需的战略基点和创新驱动的经济发展模式,努力提升经济发展质量和效益,进一步加强居民发展成果共享与高质量发展的互动互促朝着共同富裕方向稳步前进。
China's economy has transformed from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development which is guided by the idea of people-centered.To ensure that the fruits of development are shared more equally by all people and better meet the people's growing needs for a better life,more efforts should be made to promote the benign interaction between high-quality development and residents'sharing of development fruits.So,this paper firstly divided high-quality development into two first-level indicators:speed of economic development and quality of economic development.In addition,We divided residents'income sharing into four first-level indicators:moderation of residents'income gap,the gradual growth of residents'income,comprehensiveness of residents'shared development,and quality of life of residents.The results showed that the economic development process was accompanied by gradual improvement of residents'sharing level of development fruits,especially since the year 2012,the level of residents'sharing of development fruits increased rapidly at the same time.On the whole,residents'sharing of development achievements has a greater impact on the speed of economic development,but since 2012,it has had a more significant impact on the quality of economic development.In the new era and the new development stage,we must implement a new vision of development.To improve the quality and efficiency of economic development and meet people's needs for a better life,we should rely on the strategic basis of expanding domestic demand and the innovation-driven model of economic development to further strengthen the mutual promotion of the fruits of development among residents and high-quality development making steady progress towards common prosperity.
