摘要
目的分析优质护理对行甲状腺切除术患者的影响。方法抽选2019年1月—2020年2月在该院行甲状腺切除术54例患者,以任意编号的模式纳入优质组与参照组,各27例。参照组行常规护理,优质组行优质护理,对比患者的手术指标、负性情绪及并发症发生率。结果护理前两组分数比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),护理后优质组、参照组焦虑评分为(30.11±2.11)分、(42.35±4.76)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.215,P<0.001);抑郁评分为(29.04±2.11)分、(49.44±3.45)分,优质组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.212,P<0.001)。优质组手术时长、住院时长及下床走动时长分别为(83.78±10.17)min、(1.08±0.33)d及(9.06±2.11)d,参照组(104.85±20.23)min、(2.16±1.01)d及(11.78±2.66)d,优质组短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.835、5.282、4.163,P<0.001)。优质组患者术后发生1例并发症,参照组9例产生并发症,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.855,P=0.005)。优质组服务认可率为96.30%,参照组认可率为70.37%,优质组工作认可率较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028)。结论优质护理可减少甲状腺切除术患者救治及恢复时长,改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的护理满意率,建议围术期使用。
Objective To analyze the impact of quality care on patients undergoing thyroidectomy.Methods 54 patients who underwent thyroidectomy in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and included in the high-quality group and the reference group in an arbitrary number pattern,with 27 cases in each group.Routine nursing was performed in the reference group,and high-quality nursing was performed in the high-quality group.The surgical indicators,negative emotions,and complication rates of the patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The anxiety scores of the high-quality group and the reference group after nursing were(30.11±2.11)points and(42.35±4.76)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.215,P<0.001);depression scores were(29.04±2.11)points and(49.44±3.45)points.The high-quality group was better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.212,P<0.001).The operation time,hospitalization time and walking time of the high-quality group were(83.78±10.17)min,(1.08±0.33)d and(9.06±2.11)d,respectively,while the reference group was(104.85±20.23)min and(2.16±1.01)d and(11.78±2.66)d,the high quality group was shorter than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.835,5.282,4.163,P<0.001).One case of complications occurred in the high-quality group and 9 cases in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.855,P=0.005).The service recognition rate of the high-quality group was 96.30%,and the recognition rate of the reference group was 70.37%.The high-quality group's work recognition rate was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028).Conclusion Quality care can reduce the duration of treatment and recovery of patients undergoing thyroidectomy,improve the negative emotions of patients,and increase the satisfaction rate of patients with care.It is recommended to use it during the perioperative period.
