摘要
建设绿色矿山是提高矿产资源开发利用水平和保护矿山环境重要举措之一。但如何对企业的绿色矿山建设水平进行科学评价,是中国发展绿色矿业面临的一个问题。本文针对具有模糊性的绿色矿山混合多属性评价问题,提出了基于TOPSIS的犹豫模糊绿色矿山多属性评价方法。在对绿色矿山建设水平影响因素分析的基础上,从矿区环境、资源开发方式、资源综合利用、节能减排、创新与数字化矿山与企业管理企业形象等6个方面构建了指标评价体系,并通过收集专家给出的每座矿山关于每个指标的评估值构建了犹豫模糊评估值矩阵。本文在具体评价时,讨论了犹豫模糊数据拓展方式、指标权值以及不同犹豫模糊距离对评价结果的影响。
China proposes to construct green mines as one of the significant means to elevate the development and utilization level of mineral resources and protect the mining environment.This paper proposes a multiattribute evaluation method(MAEM)for green mines based on hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS.Based on an analysis of the factors affecting the construction level of green mines,this paper constructs an indicator system from six aspects:mining environment,resource development mode,Multipurpose utilization of resources,energy conservation and emission reduction,innovation and digital mining,and enterprise management and corporate image.The hesitation fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed by collecting the evaluation values of each indicator that experts provide for the mines.The influences of the expansion methods on the hesitation fuzzy data and index weights are explored.In addition,the impacts of different distance metrics on the evaluation results are discussed.
