摘要
中职思想政治教师因其担负着特殊重大的职责任务,他们的核心素养培育不可不察。中职思想政治教师的核心素养的提炼应该遵循“上有纲目、下接学情”原则,基本要素应该包括积极的政治认同、自觉的职业塑造、深厚的人文底蕴、明辨的理性精神、强烈的公民意识、高超的教育艺术等。思想政治教师核心素养培育可从明理、增信、崇德、力行等方面努力,不仅需要教师自身做出努力,也需要国家政府、学校、社会企业采取相应的促进措施。
Because of its special major responsibilities and tasks,the cultivation of the core quality of ideological and political teachers in secondary vocational schools cannot be ignored.The cultivation of the core quality of ideological and political teachers in secondary vocational schools should follow the principle of“having a compendium at the top and following the learning situation at the bottom”.Its basic elements should include positive political identity,conscious career building,profound humanistic heritage,discerning rational spirit,strong civic consciousness,superb education art,etc.The cultivation of the core quality of ideological and political teachers can be made from the aspects of understanding,increasing confidence,moral worship and practice,and the corresponding promotion measures should also be taken by the national government,schools and social enterprises.
