摘要
文章主要通过梳理汉代迄今多部综合目录和中医专科目录中的医书类目设置情况,分析中医古籍分类的特点和演变规律。考证发现:以学科内容为中医古籍分类标准的数量最多;综合目录中,医书多位于二级类目中,但亦有创见者,如郑樵、孙星衍等人即将"医书类"设为一级类目;医书类目的数量经历了"少-多-少"的变化,表明了目录学家的分类理念经历了由全到精的转变过程;类名的变化主要受习惯用语、医书内容的扩充或缩减以及作者主观因素影响;类目的增删与医学学术的发展紧密相关;类目的排列次序则往往遵循着医道在前、医术在后以及理法方药等中医理念。
This paper mainly discusses the characteristics and evolution of the classification of ancient Chinese medicine books by sorting out the setting of medical books in the comprehensive catalogs and the specialized catalogs of traditional Chinese medicine from Han Dynasty to contemporary times.It is found that the number of ancient Chinese medicine books classified by subject content is the largest;in the comprehensive catalogs, most of the medical books are in the secondary category, but some innovators, such as Zheng Qiao and Sun Xingyan, set "medical books" as the primary category;the number of medical books has experienced the change of "less-more-less",which shows that the bibliographers’ classification concept has experienced the transformation from complete to refined;the changes of class names are mainly affected by the expansion or reduction of idioms, medical books and the subjective factors of authors;the addition and deletion of categories are closely related to the development of medical science;the arrangement of categories often follows the traditional Chinese medicine concepts such as medical principles in the first place followed by medical skills, as well as the sequence of principles, methods, prescriptions and medicines.
