高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定酱腌菜中三氯蔗糖含量的不确定度评估 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评定高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定酱腌菜中三氯蔗糖含量的不确定度。方法:根据《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》(CNAS-GL006—2019)建立三氯蔗糖不确定度评定的数学模型,按照《食品安全国家标准食品中三氯蔗糖(蔗糖素)的测定》(GB 22255—2014)高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法分析不确定来源,以《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)为依据,对测量中的不确定因素进行评估,并计算合成不确定和扩展不确定度。结果:高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定酱腌菜中三氯蔗糖含量结果表示为(0.2310±0.0171)g·kg^(-1),k=2(P=95%)。结论:酱腌菜中的三氯蔗糖含量测定的不确定度主要来源于标准溶液配制、样品重复测定和样品加标回收。在实验中,应保证样品处理和加标实验各项操作的正确性和一致性,保证仪器设备的稳定性,降低不确定度,提高检测结果的准确性。 Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of sucralose in pickled vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD).Methods:According to Guidelines for the evaluation of uncertainty in chemical analysis(CNAS-GL006—2019),the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation of sucralose was established.According to National food safety standard-Determination of sucralose in food(GB 22255—2014),the sources of uncertainty were analyzed by HPLC-ELSD.Based on Evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty(JJF 1059.1—2012),the uncertainty factors in measurement were evaluated,and the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.Results:The uncertainty of determination of sucralose in pickled vegetables by HPLC-ELSD was expressed as(0.2310±0.0171)g·kg^(-1),k=2(P=95%).Conclusion:The determination of sucralose content in pickled vegetables mainly comes from the preparation of standard solution,sample pretreament and the recovery of samples by adding standards.In the experiment,the correctness and consistency of each operation of the sample processing and addition experiment should be ensured,the stability of the instrument and equipment should be ensured,in order to reduce the uncertainty and improve the accuracy of the test results.
