摘要
目的:观察关节镜下微创修复术治疗肩袖损伤患者的效果。方法:选取85例肩袖损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组42例与观察组43例。对照组给予常规肩袖破裂修补术治疗,观察组给予关节镜下微创修复术治疗,比较两组手术前后肩关节功能评分、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果:术后3个月,观察组肩关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下微创修复术治疗肩袖损伤患者可提高肩关节功能评分,缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,其效果优于常规肩袖破裂修补术治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of arthroscopic minimally invasive repair on patients with rotator cuff injuries.Methods:85 patients with rotator cuff injuries were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(42 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional rotator cuff rupture repair,while the observation group was treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive repair.The shoulder joint function score,the operation time,the intraoperative blood loss,the hospitalization time and the complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:3 months after the surgery,the shoulder joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 21.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Arthroscopic minimally invasive repair for the patients with rotator cuff injuries can improve the shoulder function score,shorten the operation time and the hospitalization time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional rotator cuff repair treatment.
