摘要
提高中医治疗慢性乙型肝炎及相关肝硬化、肝癌的临床疗效,需要理论创新。结合中医经典理论及慢性乙型肝炎的病理演变过程,认为"虚、毒、瘀、积"是乙型肝炎病毒感染过程中的核心病机,分别采用"补益脾肾、透邪解毒""益气活血化积""养正逐邪、化积解毒"的中医治疗策略。从"虚毒""虚瘀""虚积毒"的动态病机演变来探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染的一体化治疗思路,以期构建慢性乙型肝炎中医病机体系。
Theoretical innovation is urgently needed to improve the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and related liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.Considering the classical theories of TCM and the pathological evolution of CHB,it is believed that"deficiency,toxin,stasis,and accumulation"are the core pathogenesis in the process of hepatitis B viral infection,and the corresponding TCM treatment strategies are suggested to be"supplementing and boosting spleen and kidney,venting pathogen and resolving toxins","boosting qi,invigorating blood and removing accumulation",and"reinforcing healthy qi,dispelling pathogen,removing accumulation and toxins".From the dynamic pathogenesis of"deficiency-toxin","deficiency-stasis"and"deficiency-accumulation-toxin",the integrated treatment strategy of CHB viral infection has been proposed,so as to construct a TCM pathogenesis system for CHB.
