摘要
中医有"阳化气,阴成形"理论,肿瘤的形成是有形之物蓄积,即"阴成形"的过程,其实质是阴气不化,其原因为"阳化气"的功能失调。阳虚寒凝、阴气不化是肝癌的中医病理基础及病机关键,而扶阳化阴法是治疗肝癌的重要原则,应从"辨病-辨证-辨体"着手,详辨疾病、证候、症状及体质不同,分清各阶段所适用范围,时时扶阳,适时化阴,灵活运用,以指导对肝癌的中医防治作用。
Traditional Chinese medicine has the theory of"Yang transforming qi and Yin constituting form".The formation of tumors is the accumulation of tangible things,that is,the process of"Yin constituting form".The essence is that Yin qi does not transform.The cause is the dysfunction of"Yang transforming qi".Deficiency of Yang and cold coagulation and failure of Yin qi to transform are the pathological basis and key pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma in Chinese medicine,and the method of invigorating yang and transforming yin is an important principle for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.From"differentiation-Syndrome differentiation-Body differentiation",distinguish the scope of application of each stage,always support yang,timely reduce yin,and it is used flexibly to guide the prevention and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
