根瘤菌与微量元素硒肥对蒙古黄芪生长、品质及富硒的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Rhizobia and Microelements Treatments on the Growth and Quality and Selenium Enrichment of Astragalus membrauceus var. mougholicus

摘要 为了研究根瘤菌与微量元素处理对蒙古黄芪的生长、活性成分积累及富集与转运硒能力的影响,采用土培盆栽并结合不同处理组合,利用常规方法测定各生长指标,利用紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法和氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法等方法测定总多糖、总黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷及硒等活性成分的含量。结果表明,根瘤菌与高浓度硒肥(6 mg/kg)的处理组合能显著促进黄芪的生长和产量的增加(P<0.05);微量元素与硒肥(3 mg/kg、6 mg/kg)的组合能显著促进黄芪总多糖、总黄酮的积累(P<0.05);而根瘤菌与高浓度硒肥(6 mg/kg)的组合则有利于毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的积累;根瘤菌与高浓度硒肥(6 mg/kg)的组合更有利于黄芪地下部(根)对硒元素的富集,硒在黄芪地下向地上部位的转运系数在0.84~1.14之间,说明硒元素由黄芪地下部向地上部转移的能力较强。由此说明,根瘤菌与高浓度硒肥的处理组合能有效提高黄芪的产量和品质,可为黄芪的大规模种植及富硒黄芪产品的开发提供技术参考。 In order to study the effects of treatments of rhizobia and microelements on the growth,accumulation of active ingredients,and the ability of selenium enrichment and transport of Astragalus membrauceus var.mougholicus were studied.The method of combining soil culture pot experiment and combination of different treatments were used.The growth indexes were measured by conventional methods.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry,high performance liquid chromatography and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to determine the contents of total polysaccharides,total flavonoids,calycosin-7-glucoside and selenium.The combination of rhizobia and high-concentration selenium fertilizer(6 mg/kg)could significantly promote the growth and production of A.membrauceus var.mougholicus(P<0.05).The combination of trace elements and selenium fertilizer(3 mg/kg,6 mg/kg)could significantly promote the accumulation of total polysaccharides,total flavonoids(P<0.05),and rhizobia and high-concentration selenium fertilizer(6 mg/kg)were beneficial to the accumulation of calycosin-7-glucoside.The combination of rhizobia and high-concentration selenium fertilizer(6 mg/kg)were beneficial to the enrichment of selenium in root of A.membrauceus var.mougholicus.The transfer coefficient of selenium from the underground to the aboveground part of A.membrauceus var.mougholicus was between 0.84 and1.14,indicating that the ability of selenium element to transfer from the underground part of A.membrauceus var.mougholicus to the aboveground part was strong.These results suggested that the combination of rhizobia and high-concentration selenium fertilizer can effectively improve the yield and quality of A.membrauceus var.mougholicus,which can provide technical reference for large-scale cultivation of A.membrauceus var.mougholicus and development of selenium-rich Astragalus products.
