摘要
目的建立当归补血汤汤剂中异黄酮与阿魏酸部位的指纹图谱。方法采用HPLC法分析,色谱柱为Hyper-silODS柱;流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸(梯度洗脱);检测波长为254nm;流速为1mL/min。结果当归补血汤汤剂主要有10个特征峰,黄芪有9个特征峰,当归有3个特征峰。结论该指纹图谱可作为当归补血汤汤剂中异黄酮类及阿魏酸稳定性的参考。
Object To establish the fingerprint of isoflavones and ferulic acid of Danggui Buxue decoction. Methods HPLC with Hypersil ODS column was adopted, the methanol - 0.2 % acetic acid glacial ( gradient elution) as mobile phase with a flow rate of lmL/min and detecting wavelength at 254 nm. Results There were 10 main peaks in Danggui Buxie decoction, 9 of them came from Radix astragali and 3 came from Radix angelicae sinensis. Conclusion This fingerprint can be used as a reference for the stability of the isoflavones and ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue decoction.
