摘要
民族团结是各族人民的生命线,对社会稳定和国家发展具有重要意义。当前学术领域研究加强民族团结视角较多,但主要集中在以政府为主体开展的政策方针、制度建设等传统路径和方式。而社会资本作为一种新的视角,能够在进一步深化民族团结、构建和谐民族关系方面提供不同的思考方向。文章从社会资本理论中“理解、信任与支持”分析框架出发,针对当前民族团结面临的新挑战,通过在多民族地区厚植、培养和构建社会资本等路径,促进各民族间团结和谐关系,不断巩固各民族大团结。
National Unity is the lifeline of the people of all ethnic groups and is of great significance to social stability and national development.At present,many perspectives have been explored to strengthen national unity in academic fields,but they have mainly focused on the traditional ways and means such as policy guidelines and formulation.As a new perspective,social capital theory can be a different thinking in the study of strengthening national unity and constructing harmonious national relations.applying the analytical framework of"understanding,trust and support"of the theory,this paper,in view of the new challenges to the present national unity,proposed to promote unity and harmonious relations among all ethnic groups and constantly consolidate the unity of all ethnic groups through accumulating,cultivating and constructing social capital in multi-ethnic areas.
