摘要
近年来,贵州民族地区以集体资产、资金、资源入股,组织动员致富带头人和其他农户联合成立农民合作经济组织,在助力贫困群众脱贫上起到了至关重要的作用。在实施乡村振兴战略中,如何推进农民合作社可持续运作是一个重要课题。文章在调研农民合作社的基础上,基于可持续发展的理论和实践,全面总结和梳理贵州农民合作社可持续运作的相对优势,深入剖析农民合作社可持续运作过程中面临的挑战,并针对如何推进农民合作社可持续运作提出对策建议。
In recent years,the ethnic areas in Guizhou have become shareholders with collective assets,funds and resources.Leaders are organized and mobilized with other local farmers to jointly set up farmers’cooperative economic organization,which has played a crucial role in helping poor people get rid of poverty.How to promote the sustainable operation of farmer cooperatives is an important issue in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.This paper,based on the research of farmer cooperatives and theory and practice of sustainable development,comprehensively summarizes and highlights relative advantages of sustainable operation of farmer cooperatives in Guizhou,analyses the challenge for the sustainable operation in the process of farmer cooperatives,and put forward suggestions to promote sustainable operation of farmer cooperatives.
