摘要
中国共产党信仰并践行马克思主义哲学的世界观、价值观和方法论,以崇高的使命感始终坚持为人民、为民族、为国家而努力奋斗的目标,在百年(特别是1949年后)征程中形成了中国在对外关系和外交领域的基本哲学思想,确立了联系发展的整体观、综合平衡的利益观、与时俱进的时代观、公正合理的国际体系观等具有丰富哲学意蕴的重要外交核心理念,在外交战略中十分强调哲学的深化和升华,在外交政策和举措中特别重视对立统一和矛盾转化的辩证思想。中国外交理论的哲学思维和哲学运用不仅增强了中国外交的实践自觉,而且还提升了认识和改造世界的理论自觉,是马克思主义中国化的重要组成部分。展望未来,中国共产党外交理论在哲学上的深化和升华必将更加有效地指导中国外交事业不断走向新的和更大的胜利。
The Communist Party of China believes in and practices the world view,values and methodology of Marxist philosophy.With a lofty sense of mission,she has always been committed to the goal of striving hard for the people,the nation and the country,not only has shaped China’s basic philosophical thoughts on foreign relations and diplomacy,but also has established many important core diplomatic ideas with rich philosophical implications,such as the holistic view of connected development,the view of comprehensive and balanced interests,the view of advancing with the times,and the view of just and reasonable international system in the course of her century-long journey(especially since 1949).More importantly,she emphasizes the deepening and sublimation of diplomatic philosophy in the implementation of foreign strategy,and always pays special attention to the dialectical thoughts of unity of opposites and transformation of contradictions in the implementation of foreign policies and measures.The philosophical thinking and application of China’s diplomatic theory not only enhance the practical consciousness of China’s diplomacy,but also enhance the theoretical consciousness of understanding and reforming the world,which constitutes an important part of sinicized Marxist philosophy.Looking forward to the future,the deepening and sublimation of the CPC’s diplomatic theory in philosophy will surely guide China’s diplomatic cause to new and greater victories more effectively.
