摘要
垃圾焚烧发电是处理生活垃圾的主要趋势,锅炉水冷壁和过热器管壁的高温防腐是制约垃圾发电技术发展的关键。在简要介绍了生活垃圾焚烧锅炉结构件主要腐蚀类型的基础上,概述了普遍应用于垃圾发电锅炉防腐的主要技术,包括堆焊、热喷涂、重熔等技术,并对这些技术的特点进行了综述。相对来说,堆焊应用得较为普遍,但也正面临其它方法的挑战。多数热喷涂涂层结合强度不高,致密度不足,其中超音速火焰喷涂应用得较为广泛,但成本较高;在多种重熔技术中,高频感应重熔展现出了较大的发展潜力。
Waste incineration power generation is the main trend for domestic waste disposal. High temperature anticorrosion of boiler water-cooled wall and superheater tube wall is the key to restrict the development of waste-to-energy technology. Based on the introduction of the main types of corrosion of domestic waste incineration power boiler component,the main technologies and its characteristic of anticorrosion commonly used in waste-to-energy boilers were summarized,including surfacing, thermal spraying and remelting. Among these anti-corrosion technologies, surfacing welding is more common used, but it is facing the challenges of other methods. Most thermal spray coatings have low bonding strength and insufficient density. Supersonic flame spraying i s widely used, but the cost is high. In many remelting technologies, high frequency induction remelting shows great development potential.
